Simply Clean 4

Crazy to think this is the forth installment of the South Florida event, Simply Clean hosted by the group of the same name. Although we did not have the pleasure of making it to SC3 last year, we had heard rumors of overflowing parking lots and show cars being turned away due to lack of space. This year the event was moved to a location in Daytona Beach called Destination Daytona. Situated right off I-95 the location made for a great venue for this growing crowd.
Though we had to man the Klutch tent all day and didn't really have a chance to wonder the show field, we could tell that things were getting crazy when the police closed the I-95 exit due to the sudden traffic jam. Words had crossed the show that the line to get it was in excess of an hour. I guess that is a good problem to have from a show promoters point of view, and for the spectators it provided more than enough eye candy to keep busy for a full afternoon.
Parked neatly in all the spots circulating the venue were cars from all gens and makes. Anything from American drift cars and Hot Rods, to the expected Civics and Golfs and sprinkled in was a next level Ferrari 458 being shown off by the Concave Society Crew from Vossen Wheels.
As the weather up north was dumping snow on those in New Jersey and Connecticut, the Florida sunshine was a great retreat for those who made the journey. If you are considering hitting up SC5, stop considering and clear your calendar !
SEE YA AT SC5.
